23rd floor: Mayor Giuliani’s Emergency Command Center<\/p>\n

The 23rd floor of Building 7 had received 15 million dollars’ worth of renovations to create an emergency command center for then-Mayor Rudolf Giuliani. The features of the command center include:

\nAn independent, secure air and water supply
\nThe ability to withstand winds of 200 mph<\/p>\n

There is really no clear view of WTC 7’s south face but there is one video that shows symmetrical damage that appears to run down the middle of the building.<\/p>\n

Looking at a few different images of the South Face of WTC 7, there looks to be a vertical gash that runs down the entire building. NIST did not rule this as the cause of the collapse and barely looked at this evidence.<\/p>\n

WTC 7 “SMOKE”<\/strong>
\nWhen looking at the south face of Building 7, there appears to be a lot of smoke coming from the entire south face of Building 7. However, a lot of this smoke is actually coming from WTC 6 right below it.<\/p>\n
