There are a few people that claim that the towers were hollow structures, made out of concrete or were even “missing floors”.<\/p>\n

This picture was taken near the end of Construction before tenants had moved in. The sun also plays a part as to why we see the light shining through.<\/p>\n

If you look at this picture from the newyorker website. You will see that this picture was taken in 1972.

You can see from the crane on top of the South Tower and the smaller antenna on top of the North tower that construction had not been completed yet.

Let’s hear from the people that designed them. They all say a steel core.<\/p>\n

“Yamasaki and engineers John Skilling and Les Robertson worked closely, and the relationship between the towers’ design and structure was clear. Faced with the difficulties of building to unprecedented heights, the engineers employed an innovative structural model: a rigid “hollow tube” of closely spaced steel columns with floor trusses extended across to a central core. The columns, finished with a silver-colored aluminum alloy, were 18 3\/4″ wide and set only 22″ apart, making the towers appear from afar to have no windows at all.”

Some people may even use the testimony made by John Farmer (9\/11 Commissioner). But they fail to mention that John Farmer called the 9\/11 Commission a “Half Baked Farce”.<\/p>\n
