According to the Official Crash Site Photo, The Red circle is approx the “crash site”.

The Mining Scar from the 1994 USGS has nothing to do with the actual crash site. Although in the same general area.

CONCLUSION: MISINFO

Although in the same general area, the 1994 USGS mining scar is not the same as the “Wing Scar/impact crater”.

It’s not the real Hole. This picture is a still frame from the TV movie Flight 93 aired on AE in January of 2006. Although its pretty damn close to the real hole.
