PLASCO BUILDING
On January 19, 2017, the Plasco Building, a 17 story commercial high rise in Tehran, caught fire in the early morning and collapsed 4 hours later. Besides 9/11, this was the first “steel framed” building to collapse from fire. I put Steel framed in quotes because I am not certain that the Plasco Building was steel framed. It had a steel skeleton exterior but that is all I have been able to find. Let’s investigate the Plasco Collapse further and determine if it was a controlled demolition or a building that collapsed due to fire.

BUILDING SAFETY
The Plasco Building violated many safety precautions and was not up to code. Were these safety concerns the reason it collapsed?

INVESTIGATION
After the Plasco Building incident, Iranian officials set up an investigation and their conclusion was that the Building was not deliberately destroyed. They claim the electrical fault started the blaze and the resulting fires caused its collapse. I’m not one to call a cover up but it certainly looks like the Iran Govt is hiding the real cause for collapse.

According to AE911’s own Characteristics of Controlled Demolition. The Plasco building showed little signs of being such. It did however show the signs of a shoddy constructed building that was built much differently then the WTC towers and Building 7.
Plasco Collapse characteristics against CD:
1. The collapse was not symmetrical.
2. The entire building was on fire for 4 hours.
3. It did NOT collapse anywhere near the rate of free fall.
4. It wasn’t built anywhere close to how the WTC were built.
5. It left stacks of “pancakes” so to speak.
6. Much of the exterior skeleton tipped over.
Plasco Collapse characteristics for CD:
1. Wave of collapse happening many floors under the collapse point.
2. Squibs or signs of explosives ripping down side of building.
3. Witness testimony to explosions.
4. Pools of Molten steel found in the rubble.
5. The collapse debris mainly landed within its footprint.

CONCLUSION:
For the Plasco Building collapse to have been a deliberate demolition, then there must be a means, motive and opportunity to do so. One thing for certain is that the Iranian Govt is not going to investigate any further. Their conclusion is that the fire was caused by “faulty electrical” and the ensuing fires led to its collapse.
Means – to show that poorly constructed buildings that fail to meet safety standards can collapse from fire.
Opportunity – To debunk the conspiracy theories surrounding the collapse of Three towers in NY.
Motive – There is none.
After further independent study, my conclusion is “I’m not saying it was a controlled demolition but yea, that’s what I’m……”
