On May 29th, 2015. John Massaria filed a FOIA request in attempt to retrieve the data stored on the 16 computers seized by the FBI from the Urban Moving Systems warehouse in NJ. Here is the request as described:

On June 4th, 2015 John received a CD ROM in the mail in response to his FOIA request.

The CD ROM contained 5 files title FOIA-2, FOIA-3, FOIA-4, FOIA-5, and FOIA-6. John and myself have gone through the document and have taken screenshots and notes for each file. Listed below are the FOIA files (available for download) and screenshots directly from the documents.

Several of these documents are already publicly available on these files.

FOIA-2: This document is 87 Pages and contains a lot of information on Debellis Insurance policy, registered vehicles and warehouse facility.

FOIA-3 (Download)

FOIA-3: This document is 100 pages and contains FBI documents on Oxford Insurance. The report gets interesting after Page 65 as it contains testimony from an unnamed person where it says “They are taking down the second building” and that they were going to see from the roof.”

FOIA-4: This document is 16 pages and mentions that on Sept 16th, 2001 that a Surveillance team performed a search of the UMS warehouse. It does not say exactly what was recovered but mentions something about International Student Identification cards (ISTC). 2 people were arrested for giving cards to people without proof of age. White Glove Moving is also mentioned.

FOIA-5: Is a 141 page document and it contains detailed information on each of the suspects (censored) and the vehicles registered to UMS. Page 48 mentions that the detained israeli’s was in conjunction with the PENTTBOM investigation. Page 63 talks about Immigration and the FBI concludes that none of the Israeli’s were engaged in “clandestine intelligence activities in the United States.” There is much more info that follows. Page 90 is testimony from the arrested Israeli’s to the FBI. Page 95 mentions the the search of the UMS warehouse by the WPD/FBI and that all of the contents were abandoned by the owner. Everything after Page 95 is highly censored. Page 120 talks about the Fox news classified report. Page 122 shows the 16 computers seized from the UMS warehouse along with other items.

FOIA-6: Last document is 93 pages and has the most recent date of 09/16/02. Starting from Page 34 until page 66 the documents exonerate the “High Fivers” of any wrong doing. The documents after Page 67 go on to attack the credibility of the webiste antiwar.com and its editors.
