Why did NORAD fail to protect US airspace on 9/11 for nearly 1 hour and 45 minutes? Why did they fail to intercept any of the 4 high jacked aircraft and allowed them to hit 3 of their targets? Where was NORAD on 9/11?

8:46 a.m. – NORAD orders 102nd Fighter Wing at Otis to scramble two F-15 fighter jets.
